Pandemi Covid 19 menjangkit dunia sercara menyeluruh, serta masuk ke Indonesia sekitar Maret 2020, dan mengalami lonjakan terbesar di pulau Madura terutama di Bangkalan saat bulan Mei-Juni 2021. Tercatat pada bulan Mei Juni 2021 beberapa wilayah di bangkalan mengalami pembatasan kegiatan dan harus menerapkan physical distancing.  Hal tersebut mengakibatkan beberapa aspek mengalami penyesuaian, terutama pada aspek pendidikan. Pendidikan yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara langsung di sekolah, kini menjadi pembelajaran daring dan memerlukan adanya beberapa penyesuaian serta ada beberapa keterbatasan yang menjadi faktor penentu keberhasilan pembelajaran daring. Pembelajaran daring sendiri masih sulit dilaksanakan pada satuan pendidikan dasar dan prasekolah. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor keterbatasan pembelajaran daring pada satuan pendidikan anak usia dini di daerah pesisir Bangkalan, terutama yang masih sulit akses sinyal internet dan keterbarasan perangkat digital yang dimiliki. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini yang berada di pesisir di wilayah Bangkalan.

Abstrac

The Covid 19 pandemic spread throughout the world, and entered Indonesia around March 2020, and experienced the biggest spike on the island of Madura, especially in Bangkalan during May-June 2021. It was noted that in May-June 2021 several areas in Bangkalan had to implement activity restrictions and had to implement physical distancing. This has resulted in several aspects being adjusted, especially in the education aspect. Education, which was previously carried out directly in schools, has now become online learning and requires some adjustments and there are several limitations that are determining factors for the success of online learning. Online learning itself is still difficult to implement in primary and preschool education units. The purpose of this study is to describe the limitations of online learning in early childhood education units in the coastal area of Bangkalan, especially those that are still difficult to access internet signals and the limitations of their digital devices. The locatin of this research was carried out at an early childhood education institution located on the coast in the Bangkalan area.
