STRATEGI ASESOR AKREDITASI PAUD DAN UPAYA PENINGKATAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN ANAK USIA DINI

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi strategi asesor akreditasi dalam menjamin mutu pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) di wilayah propinsi DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif studi kasus. Pengumpulan data primer dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara semi terstruktur dengan 4 (empat) informan yang adalah asesor akreditasi di propinsi Jakarta. Para informan dipilih dan ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Keterbukaan untuk evaluasi diri, kesediaan melengkapi persyaratan akreditasi dan kerjasama antara lembaga dengan asesor akreditasi menjadi kunci keberhasilan akreditasi dan upaya peningkatan mutu di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine and identify the strategy of accreditation assessors in ensuring the quality of early childhood education in the DKI Jakarta area. This research uses case study qualitative method. Primary data collection using semi-structured interviews with 3 (three) informants who are assessors for accreditation of BAN PAUD Jakarta province selected and determined using purposive sampling method. Openness for self-evaluation, willingness to complete accreditation requirements and good mutual cooperation between institutions and assessor are the keys to the success of accreditation and ways to improve quality in early childhood education institutions.
