Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan pembelajaran tematik integrative untuk anak usia dini, (2) mengetahui kebermanfaatan  pembelajaran tematik integrative untuk proses kegiatan pembelajaran di PAUD (3) mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran tematik integrative untuk nilai karakter. Penelitian yang digunakan penelitian Research and Development dalam tiga tahapan utama. Subyek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa TK Hamzanwadi yang diambil secara random sampling. Penelitian dengan analisis data dilakukan secara statistik menggunakan analisis t-test. Hasil dari penelitian adalah (1) pembelajaran tematik integrative yang dikembangkan untuk anak usia dini (2) pembelajaran Tematik Integratif mempunyai efektivitas dalam pembelajaran PAUD. (3) pembelajaran tematik integrative  pada uji lapangan didapatkan ada pengaruh nilai karakter tanggung jawab dan Jujur anak melalui uji independent t-test
