Efektivitas Pelatihan Konseling Dasar: Analisis Kepuasan Peserta dan Implikasinya bagi Layanan Konseling Kampus

Keterampilan konseling dasar penting dimiliki dosen, tenaga kependidikan dan mahasiswa dalam menciptakan lingkungan kampus yang sehat, dan peduli terhadap kesehatan mental sivitas akademika. Kesadaran ini telah mendorong banyak kampus menyelenggarakan pelatihan peningkatan kapasitas. Sayangnya, evaluasi yang sistematis terhadap kepuasan peserta khususnya di Universitas Katolik Indonesia Santu Paulus Ruteng belum pernah dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap pelatihan dengan mengevaluasi aspek penyelenggaraan, materi dan narasumber, manfaat, serta evaluasi keseluruhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain survey. Respondenya sebanyak 49 peserta pelatihan yang ditentukan melalui teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner skala Likert dan pertanyaan terbuka. Validitas isi instrumen ditelaah oleh pakar konseling dan pendidikan, sedangkan reliabilitas diuji menggunakan Cronbach’s alpha dengan nilai ≥ 0,70. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan dengan kategori tinggi pada semua dimensi. Aspek materi dan narasumber mendapat skor tertinggi. Temuan kualitatif menegaskan hasil temuan secara kuantitatif. Peserta menilai pelatihan relevan, bermanfaat, dan memberikan kepercayaan diri untuk menjadi pendamping. Jadi pelatihan konseling dasar efektif meningkatkan kapasitas sivitas akademika. Meskipun demikian peserta mengharapkan keberlanjutan program dan pendampingan pascapelatihan penting mendapat perhatian serius. Hasil peneltian ini berkontribusi memperkaya literarur evaluasi pelatihan dan memberikan input instrategis untuk menciptakan klingkungan kampus yang sehat.
