Abstract

Perilaku agresif yang muncul pada remaja mencakup segala tindakan yang dilakukan oleh individu yang merugikan orang. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas konseling kelompok dengan teknik bermain peran untuk mengurangi perilaku agresif siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok perbandingan pretest-posttest dan melibatkan 21 siswa yang dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok. Sampel dipilih secara purposive yakni memilih siswa yang tingkat agresifitasnya tinggi. Untuk mengumpulkan data perilaku, peneliti menggunakan skala Aggression Questionnaire yang telah disesuaikan dengan bahasa Indonesia dan diperoleh koefisien alpha sebesar 0,75. Berdasarkan uji Wilcoxon, konseling kelompok yang menerapkan teknik role playing, secara terpisah efektif menurunkan perilaku agresif.
