DETERMINASI DIRI DAN FLOW PADA SISWA SMA

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh determinasi diri terhadap flow pada siswa di Sekolah Menengah Atas. Penelitian ini melibatkan beberapa variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi flow salah satunya adalah determinasi diri.. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif ex –post fackto. Populasi penelitian siswa SMA di Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Sampel penelitian 275 siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas. Pengambilan data menggunakan random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada pengaruh langsung antara determinasi diri terhadap flow. Semakin tinggi determinasi diri siswa maka semakin tinggi flow yang dialamai, sebaliknya semakin rendah determinasi diri siswa maka flow yang akan dialami semikin rendah.
