Peran Kemudahan QRIS dalam Bertransaksi terhadap Kinerja UMKM

Digitalisasi UMKM melalui QRIS sangat penting untuk ketahanan ekonomi nasional. Namun, penelitian tentang integrasi fungsionalitas dan kinerja keuangan dengan intensitas penggunaan teknologi ini masih terbatas. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan QRIS terhadap kinerja keuangan dan intensitas penggunaan, serta peran mediasi kinerja keuangan dalam hubungan tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis penjelasan kuantitatif dengan teknik Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dalam SmartPLS 4. Sampel terdiri dari 249 UMKM di seluruh Indonesia, dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling, dan diberikan kuesioner skala Likert melalui survei online. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan secara signifikan memengaruhi kinerja keuangan, dan intensitas penggunaan QRIS dipengaruhi langsung olehnya. Namun, kinerja keuangan tidak secara signifikan memengaruhi intensitas penggunaan dan tidak bertindak sebagai mediator. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa UMKM memprioritaskan efisiensi operasional dan kepraktisan daripada pertimbangan profitabilitas jangka pendek dalam mengadopsi teknologi pembayaran digital. Implikasinya adalah bahwa regulator dan penyedia layanan teknologi keuangan harus memprioritaskan pengembangan fitur yang berfokus pada pengalaman pengguna untuk mendorong inklusi keuangan digital yang lebih luas dan berkelanjutan bagi sektor UMKM di Indonesia.
