This study aims to estimate the confidence interval of the survival function on one-parameter exponentially distributed data with type-II censoring, using terrorism incident data in Indonesia. The data analyzed includes the waiting time for terrorism incidents between 2019 and 2022. Testing was carried out using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to ensure the distribution of the data used, followed by creating a confidence interval at a certain time, namely at 3 and 5 months. The results show that the width of the confidence interval at the 95% and 99% confidence levels varies depending on the waiting time analyzed. This study aims to provide deeper insight into the pattern of terrorism incidents in Indonesia in the future.
