ANALISIS PERBEDAAN FASILITAS KESEHATAN DAN KEPEMILIKAN JKN TAHUN 2024-2025 MENGGUNAKAN REPEATED MEASURES MANOVA

Healthcare facilities and Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) program are essential for serving the public and preventing potential health inequities among different social groups. This study analyzes differences in the number of health facilities and JKN coverage in 2024 and 2025 at the provincial level in Indonesia. The variables used include the number of hospitals, community health centers (puskesmas), auxiliary community health centers (puskesmas pembantu), pharmacies, and JKN coverage. The analysis method used was Repeated Measures Multivariate Analysis of Variance (RM MANOVA), which was chosen because it is capable of simultaneously analyzing multiple dependent variables in data measured repeatedly at different time points. This was preceded by assumption tests including the Bartlett test for independence, the Box's M test for covariance matrix homogeneity, and the multivariate normality test. Additionally, paired t-tests were performed to examine differences in each variable individually. The results of the assumption test indicated that the data met the requirements for multivariate analysis. A Wilks’s Lambda value of 0.9784 with a significance level of 0.9060 indicated that there were no significant simultaneous differences in health facility indicators and JKN coverage between 2024 and 2025. However, the paired t-test results showed significant differences in the number of hospitals, pharmacies, and JKN coverage, while no significant differences were found for community health centers (puskesmas) and auxiliary community health centers (puskesmas pembantu). This study provides an overview of changes in health facility development and JKN coverage, serving as a basis for policy-making.
