Digital transformation in human resource management has become a strategic necessity in the era of the 5.0 industrial revolution. One widely adopted innovation is the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), which aims to improve the efficiency of HR administration. Most research focuses on the private sector and has not examined HRIS implementation in state-owned pharmaceutical companies. This indicates the need for in-depth study in the context of state-owned enterprises, particularly PT Bio Farma (Persero) in West Java. The main issue that must be examined is the contribution of HRIS to time efficiency, data accuracy, and job satisfaction of administrative staff. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of HRIS implementation on HR administration efficiency. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with a purposive sample of 40 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used simple regression tests and descriptive analysis. The results show that HRIS can improve time efficiency, data accuracy, and job satisfaction. The implications of this research provide practical contributions to companies in strengthening digital HR systems, as well as theoretical contributions to the development of HR information system models.
