Abstract

Perkembangan pariwisata di Bali telah mendorong ekspansi kawasan wisata ke wilayah peri-urban dan memicu transformasi spasial, ekonomi, dan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis transformasi Kerobokan Kelod dari wilayah agraris menuju kawasan wisata urban yang menunjukkan kecenderungan menuju terjadinya gentrifikasi pariwisata. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed-method melalui analisis spasial, observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan data sekunder untuk mengidentifikasi transformasi pada aspek fisik-spasial, ekonomi, dan sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan pariwisata mendorong peningkatan intensitas ruang terbangun. Transformasi tersebut diikuti oleh meningkatnya nilai properti, pergeseran mata pencaharian dari sektor agraris menuju jasa dan pariwisata, meningkatnya heterogenitas penduduk, serta perubahan perilaku sosial masyarakat lokal. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan pariwisata telah mendorong restrukturisasi spasial, ekonomi, dan sosial yang menunjukkan transformasi peri-urban menuju gentrifikasi pariwisata di Kerobokan Kelod.
