TRADISI LISAN SEBAGAI SUMBER PRODUKSI NOVEL INDONESIA LOMBOK

This paper discusses the production of Indonesian Lombok novel originated from the oral tradition in three Salman Faris novel. This paper uses the framework of Pierre Bourdieu theory. In the case of Salman Faris’s novel, the production of Indonesia Lombok novel stems from the oral tradition. Salman Faris exist as novelist to raise the issue of Tuan Guru. In addition, Salman Faris uses the theme and the style of oral tradition or oral literature as textual strategy. Novel becomes new forms in reproduction of oral tradition’s style.
