Mindful Learning Berbantuan ChatGPT-4o Dalam Eksperimen Mandiri Untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep Peserta Didik

Pemahaman konsep peserta didik pada pembelajaran fisika masih tergolong rendah, karena kurangnya keteribatan aktif peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Kondisi ini menunjukkan perlunya pendekatan yang menekankan pentingnya keterlibatan aktif dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan mindful learning yang didukung oleh ChatGPT-4o dalam eksperimen mandiri terhadap pemahaman konsep peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasy eksperiment. Subjek penelitian yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini meliputi 60 peserta didik SMA kelas XI dari SMA Perintis 2 Bandar Lampung yang dibagi menjadi kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes berbentuk three tier multipel choice yang dirancang untuk mengukur pemahaman konsep peserta didik. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji independent sampel t-test dan uji N-Gain. Hasil uji independent sampel t-test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05 yang mengindikasikan bahwa pendekatan mindful learning berbantuan ChatGPT-4o berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman konsep peserta didik. Selain itu, hasil uji N-Gain kelas eksperimen sebesar 0.79 yang terkategori “Tinggi” dan kelas kontrol sebesar 0.64 yang terkategori “sedang”. Hasil ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman di kelas eksperimen yang lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol sehingga pendekatan mindful learning berbantuan ChatGPT-4o dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep peserta didik. Dengan demikian, integrasi mindful learning berbantuan ChatGPT-4o mampu meningkatkan partisipasi dan konsentrasi peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa integrasi mindful learning berbantuan ChatGPT-4o dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pendekatan pembelajaran fisika yang mendukung eksperimen mandiri dan peningkatan pemahaman konsep peserta didik.
