Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlation students perceptions of leadership and the ability to carry out the teaching and learning process of physical education teachers and physical education learning outcomes of students of SMK Negeri 1 Karawang. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative correlational approach. The coefficient of leadership determination in physical education learning outcomes (r2y1) = 0.245, means that physical education learning outcomes are determined by physical education teacher leadership (X1). The coefficient of determination of competence in carrying out the teaching and learning process in physical education learning outcomes (r2y2) = 0.860, means that physical education learning outcomes are determined by the competence in carrying out teaching and learning of physical education teachers (X2). The strength of the relationship between the three variables is stated by ry1-2 = 0.996. Significance test of the correlation coefficient above shows that t arithmetic = 49.60 is greater than t table = 1.658 means the correlation coefficient ry1-2 = 0.996, this means that physical education learning outcomes are determined by leadership and competence in carrying out physical education teaching and learning process.
