Standing Jump Over Barrier Mempengaruhi Keterampilan Menendang Bola (Shooting) Cabang Olahraga Sepakbola

This study aims to determine: the effect of the imagery training method and the concentration training method on the success of soccer player's penalty kicks. This research is an experimental study, with the initial test and the final test of the group treated. The study population was Surabaya Unipa Surabaya soccer players with 16 athletes. The instrument used was a shooting test, to measure the results of shooting soccer players. The data analysis technique used is the two-way Variant Analysis (ANAVA) followed by the Newman Keuls range test at a significant level α = 0.05. The results showed that: there was an effect of standing jump over barrier exercise on shooting results, as evidenced by the value of p = 0.004 <0.05.
