Peningkatan Penguasaan Teknik Renang Gaya Dada Dengan Metode Pembelajaran Resiprokal

This research is a classroom action research that purpose to improve of breaststroke swimming techniques with reciprocal learning methods. The sample from this research was the 3rd semester students of UMS Sports Education totaling 35 students. From the results of initial observations the mastery of the breaststroke swimming technique of students is at a less level. Then the practice method was conducted outside of class hours with two cycles. At the end of the second cycle the results obtained with the level of correctness of the good categories are 25 students' foot movements or 71.14%, arm movements and breathing in 27 students or 77.14%, while for the body position 30 students or 85.71%. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in mastery of breaststroke swimming techniques withpractice learning methods.
