This study aims to analyse the relationship between social media use and Oral Health Literacy (OHL), knowledge, and attitudes about dental health among adolescent dental clinic visitors. The method used was quantitative observational with a cross-sectional design. A total of 102 respondents aged 18-23 years at the Sumberpucung Community Health Centre participated by completing a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data were analysed using Spearman's rank correlation test. The results showed that the majority of respondents had moderate to high levels of social media use. Their levels of OHL, knowledge, and attitudes towards dental health were also predominantly good. Statistical analysis proved a positive and significant relationship between social media use and OHL (r=0.865, p=0.000), knowledge (r=0.511, p=0.000), and attitude (r=0.743, p=0.000). In conclusion, the intensity of social media use to seek dental health information has a strong correlation with increased OHL, knowledge, and the formation of positive attitudes among adolescents. These findings support the potential of social media as a strategic dental health education tool for the younger generation.
