Perbandingan Notasi Pertandingan Bulutangkis Nomor Tunggal Putra pada Final Olimpiade Beijing 2020 dan Paris 2024

This This study aims to examine the notation of men's singles badminton matches at the 2020 Beijing and 2024 Paris Olympics. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population and sample used consisted of all players competing in the men's singles final. The results of this study indicate that the increase in the use of attacking techniques in Paris 2024 is directly related to the shorter match duration compared to Beijing 2020. The higher speed of play at the 2024 Paris Olympics requires players to maintain better stamina and physical endurance. Overall, the comparison of match notation at the 2020 Beijing and 2024 Paris Olympics provides a clear picture of the evolution of men's singles badminton techniques and strategies. Overall, the change in playing patterns from the 2020 Beijing Olympics to the 2024 Paris Olympics reflects a shift in the style of play of men's singles badminton. The conclusion of this study shows that there are significant differences in the playing patterns of men's singles badminton between the 2020 Beijing and 2024 Paris Olympics.
