Abstract


Persamaan Dirac untuk potensial Sentral Scarf II hiperbolik terdeformasi-q dengan Potensial tensor tipe Coulomb diselesaikan secara analitik menggunakan metode Nikiforov Uvarov (NU). Penyelesaian persamaan Dirac dengan metode NU dilakukan dengan mereduksi persamaan diferensial orde dua menjadi persamaan diferensial tipe Hipergeometri dengan substitusi variabel dan fungsi gelombang yang sesuai. Energi relativistik sistem dihitung menggunakan software Matlab R2011b dan fungsi gelombang untuk Spin Dirac komponen atas dan bawah dinyatakan dalam bentuk fungsi Jacobi. Penelitian ini dikhususkan untuk kasus spin simetri yang nilai energinya selalu positif.
