Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru Dalam Pembelajaran Kurikulum Merdeka Di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 08 Muara Pawan Kabupaten Ketapang

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess and characterize the teachers' pedagogical proficiency with reference to the use of the *Kurikulum Merdeka* (Independent Curriculum) at SDN 08 Muara Pawan, Ketapang Regency. Seven criteria are used to analyze this competency: (a) comprehension of educational foundations; (b) comprehension of students; (c) curriculum/syllabus development; (d) lesson planning; (e) implementation of educational and dialogic instruction; (f) evaluation of learning outcomes; and (g) guidance for students to actualize their various potentials. A qualitative descriptive method is used in the investigation. Teachers in grades I through VI and the principal of the school served as data sources, and information was gathered through observation, interviews, and recording. Condensing, displaying, and making conclusions were all steps in data analysis. Triangulation more especially, source and technique triangulation—was used to confirm the veracity of the data. The investigation comes to the conclusion that the instructors at SDN 08 Muara Pawan, Ketapang Regency, have high pedagogical ability. Evidence shows that the instructors are competent of creating educational resources, delivering student-centered teaching, evaluating learning outcomes, and offering follow-up through remedial and enrichment programs. They also have an awareness of the fundamentals of education. Teachers also help kids reach their full potential, both academically and extracurricularly.
