Video Pembelajaran Berbasis Tugas Gerak Lompat Jauh untuk Peserta Didik Sekolah Menengah Atas

The problem addressed in this study is that long jump instruction in high schools is often hampered by limited media that can clearly and structurally visualize movement techniques, making it difficult for many students to understand and practice the movement stages correctly. This study aims to develop practical and effective long jump movement task-based instructional videos for high school students. This study uses the ADDIE development model, with a focus on the implementation stage. Data collection was conducted through a Formative Class Evaluation (FCE) questionnaire filled out by 15 students as a small test group sample. The data was analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The test results showed very positive responses. The overall average score reached 3.00 (Very Good category). A total of 100% of students felt that they were learning in a friendly situation, 93.3% performed the movement tasks seriously, and 86.6% participated in the learning with a feeling of enjoyment. The conclusion of this study is that the task-based learning video on long jump developed has proven to be very practical and effective in creating a positive learning experience, improving movement understanding, and encouraging collaboration among students. This media is recommended for use by physical education teachers.
