This research aims to analyze the Chinese ethnic graves in Peneda Gandor Village, East Lombok, focusing on archaeological, historical, and sociocultural aspects. The existence of these graves reflects the historical traces of the Chinese community that once settled and engaged in economic activities in the region from the Dutch colonial era until the G30S/PKI incident in 1965. The method used in this research is the historical method with a qualitative approach through four stages: heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The results show that these graves possess distinctive architectural and symbolic characteristics, such as dragon ornaments, Hanzi inscriptions, and tomb forms that reflect the social status of their occupants. This analysis also reveals cultural acculturation between Chinese traditions and local Lombok culture, as well as illustrating the role of the Chinese community in the region's economic and social history. The research found that these graves have suffered damage due to natural factors and lack of maintenance following the G30S/PKI incident due to heightened anti-Chinese sentiment. This research is expected to enhance understanding of Chinese cultural heritage in East Lombok and encourage more effective preservation efforts in the future.
