Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).

  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.

  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

 ARTICLE WRITING PROCEDURES 

General  Guidelines

1.      The Manuscripts must be written in Indonesian or English have never been published or are not in the process of submitting for publication to other media and do not contain elements of plagiarism of a maximum of 20% with Turnitin.

2.      The manuscript summarizes the results of the research and critical analysis.

3.      The manuscript has been written in MS WORD format, ready to be printed according to the template provided.

4.      The maximum file size of the manuscript is 1 M.B. which is submitted in the form of a soft file.

5.      The manuscript is written in Indonesian or English with Arial font 11. The manuscript is about 10-15 pages long and typed in 1 space.

6.      The page settings are one column.

7.      The paper size is A4 with a margin of 3 cm for the top, bottom, and left borders, and right.

Writing Systematic

1.      The first part: title, author's name, abstract.

2.      The central part: contains the introduction, literature review and hypothesis development (if any), research methods/methods, research results and discussion, and conclusions and suggestions (if any).

3.      The final part: acknowledgments (if any), description of symbols (if any), and bibliography.

Title and Author's Name

1.      The title is printed in capital letters each word, in bold with Arial font 14, single-spaced with a maximum word count of 15.

2.      The author's name is written under the title without a title, must not be abbreviated, and begins with a capital letter, without starting with the word "by" the order of the author is the first author followed by the second, third, and so on.

3.      All authors' college names and e-mail addresses are written in bold with Arial font 10.

Abstract

1.      Abstract, written in Bahasa and English, contains the core problem/research background, research method/problem-solving, and the results obtained. The word “abstract” is in bold (bold).

2.      The number of words in the Abstract is not more than 250 and is typed in one space.

3.      The abstract font is Arial font 10, presented with justify alignment, shown in one paragraph, and written without indenting at the beginning of the sentence.

4.      The abstract is equipped with Keywords consisting of 3-5 words which are the core of the description of the abstraction. Keywords are printed in bold (bold).

General Rules of Text Writing

1.      Each subtitle is written in Trebuchet MS font 11 and bold (bold).

2.      New paragraphs are written indented with an indent-first line of 0.75 cm, without spaces between paragraphs.

3.      Foreign words are written in italics.

4.      All numbers are written with numbers, except at the beginning of sentences, and integers less than ten must be spelled out.

5.      Tables and figures must be clearly explained and numbered sequentially.

Reference

The literature listed in the References contains only those sources that are referenced or included in the article. We recommend setting up references with a bibliographic software package like Mendeley, EndNote, or Zotero to avoid typing errors and duplicate references. The reference source must provide 40% of journal articles, proceedings, or research results from the last ten years.  Bibliography of writing techniques, using the citing system the APA (American Psychological Association) Style 7th. References must be at least 15 sources.

Table Writing

Tables are numbered in the order of presentation (Table 1, etc.), without right or left borders. The table title is written at the top of the center-justified position.

Picture

Pictures are placed in the center alignment and numbered in the order of presentation (Picture 1, etc.). Picture details are written under the picture with center center-justified position.
