Authors retain copyright in their published articles. Publication in SeBaSa: Journal of Indonesian Language and Literature Educationdoes not transfer copyright to the journal or its publisher, Universitas Hamzanwadi.

Publication and author rights

Authors grant the journal the right of first publication. Articles are published under CC BY-SA 4.0, as explained in the License policy.

• Authors may enter into separate, nonexclusive arrangements to distribute the published version, including through an institutional repository or a book, provided that the article's first publication in this journal is acknowledged.
• Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work in institutional repositories or on their own websites before and during submission to support scholarly exchange and visibility.

Author declarations

By submitting a manuscript, authors certify the following:

• They have authorization from their coauthors to enter into these arrangements.
• The work has not been formally published before, except as an abstract or as part of a published lecture, review, thesis, or overlay journal.
• The manuscript is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
• All authors have approved publication. The responsible authorities at the institutions where the work was carried out have also approved it, explicitly or tacitly.
