KONTEKS LINGKUNGAN TUTUR BAHASA SASAK UTAMI DI KELUARGA BANGSAWAN (MENAQ)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the language context used in the noble family environment of the Sasak tribe (Menaq). The use of language can be seen from the context of conversations between parents and their children. The focus of this study is the description of the use of polite language (Utami) in the realm of the noble family. The method used is attitude and notes. The data are in the form of linguistic data in the use of polite Sasak language (Utami) in the family realm. The results of this study indicate 1. the maintenance of the context of polite Sasak language (Utami) when communicating daily 2. Preservation of culture, namely the Sasak language (Utami) through learning the first language (Mother) in the family environment.
