Archiving Policy

Tamumatra: Jurnal Seni Pertunjukan publishes research and analytical studies in arts education and the performing arts of drama, dance, and music. Its archiving policy supports access to the published scholarly record while respecting the rights of authors, performers, participants, and communities.

Access to published issues

Published issues and articles are accessible through the journal's Archives in Open Journal Systems (OJS). The journal record includes the article's bibliographic information, published full text, and any supplementary files published with the article. A DOI is retained in the record where one has been assigned. Indexing and DOI registration support discovery and identification; they do not, by themselves, establish a separate full-text preservation service.

Integrity of the scholarly record

Published articles remain part of the journal archive. Corrections, expressions of concern, and retractions are documented through clearly identified notices linked to the affected article, in accordance with the journal's Correction and Retraction policy. A published article is not silently replaced to conceal a substantive change. Exceptional restrictions on access are considered only where necessary to address substantiated rights, privacy, or comparable serious concerns, with an explanatory record retained where appropriate.

Repository copies

Authors may deposit their work in institutional or subject repositories in accordance with the journal's Copyright Notice. Repository records should identify the version, acknowledge first publication in Tamumatra, and link to the published article and DOI where available. Deposits must respect the applicable licence and any separate restrictions on third-party materials.

Performance and research materials

For research involving performances, teaching activities, scripts, musical scores, choreography, photographs, audio, or video, authors should retain the evidence needed to support their findings. Materials suitable for public sharing may be deposited in a stable repository with clear attribution and permissions. Confidential interviews, identifiable student records, restricted community knowledge, or recordings without appropriate consent must not be made public solely for archiving. The article should explain any necessary access restrictions. An external media link is not a guarantee that the journal holds an archival copy of that media.

Preservation arrangements and enquiries

This policy describes access to the journal's published archive and responsible repository deposit.
