Platform Cerdas dengan Model Pendukung Keputusan Keuangan dan Spasial Terintegrasi untuk Investasi Tambak Ikan

The fish farming sector has high economic potential, but still faces several obstacles, particularly limited capital for fish farmers and limited access to information for investors to assess the feasibility of pond businesses. This research is a developmental study using the Waterfall model with stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. In the needs analysis stage, user needs are identified. The design stage includes the development of system architecture, database design, and interface design. The implementation stage produces a smart pond web platform that displays pond data through an interactive dashboard, provides data input features, ROI calculations, and investment rankings using TOPSIS. In the testing stage, the system is tested using functional tests with the black box method to ensure that all functions, from data input and calculation processes to the presentation of recommendations, run as expected. This research produces a platform capable of providing accurate information and supporting the investment decision-making process in the fish farming sector. The test results show that all features function well. Overall, this platform is able to improve connectivity between farmers and investors, accelerate access to investment information, and strengthen the basis for analyzing the feasibility of fish pond businesses.
