Copyright & License
All articles published in Voices of English Language Education Society are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). This license allows others to copy, redistribute, remix, transform, and build upon the published material for any purpose, including commercial use, as long as proper credit is given to the original author(s) and the resulting works are licensed under identical terms. Authors retain full copyright of their work and grant VELES the right of first publication, with acknowledgement required for any future use or redistribution.
By submitting a manuscript to VELES, authors confirm that all co-authors have approved the submission and are aware of the licensing terms. They also affirm that the manuscript is original, not under consideration elsewhere, and has not been formally published (except as an abstract, thesis, or conference presentation). Authors are responsible for securing necessary permissions for any third-party copyrighted content and ensuring that all institutional and ethical approvals have been obtained.
VELES supports open-access dissemination. Authors are encouraged to share their work widely by depositing preprints or published versions in institutional repositories, personal websites, or other platforms. Authors may also enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for non-exclusive distribution, provided the original publication in VELES is appropriately cited. This approach promotes global knowledge sharing and academic collaboration in English language education.
