Digital transformation in laundry services for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) still faces challenges in information transparency, record-keeping accuracy, and operational efficiency. This research aims to create a mobile-cloud-based laundry service application that supports the ordering process, laundry status tracking, and transaction recording in an integrated manner. Development was carried out through needs analysis, interface design, implementation using Flutter and Firebase, and evaluation through Black Box Testing and System Usability Scale (SUS). Our findings are a mobile application that provides real-time laundry tracking, payment receipt uploads, and automated transaction data management. Test results showed that all 16 Black Box scenarios across eight feature groups were 100% successful with a stable response time of 1–3 seconds. User assessments resulted in a SUS score of 82.5 (Excellent category) and a 92% satisfaction rate, while also demonstrating an increase in order recording efficiency from approximately 10 minutes to 3 minutes per transaction. Although application performance is affected by network quality and testing is limited to one MSME, the research results confirm that the mobile-cloud approach is effective in improving information transparency, recording accuracy, and operational quality for small laundry services.
