The management of used goods in urban areas remains a social and environmental challenge due to the low utilisation of digital technology in transparent and structured donation activities. This study aims to produce a mobile-based used goods donation application that utilises cloud architecture for real-time media and data management. The system was developed using Flutter, Firebase, and Cloudinary through a Research and Development (R&D) approach with a waterfall model, including needs analysis, design, implementation, and black box testing of eight main functions. The results are an application with an intuitive interface that displays the main page, item upload, item details, and user profiles, where each item has its current status, photos, description, and donation history notes. Testing results show that all application features run according to specifications with a 100% success rate, an average media loading time of 2.5–3.5 seconds, and direct interaction between users without any obstacles. This application supports the rapid, efficient, and transparent redistribution of goods and encourages community participation in sustainable donation practices. The research findings contribute to the development of a cloud-based digital donation platform that is oriented towards user experience and circular economy principles.
